Volunteers can offer you information about services in Derby, Nottingham and Leicester, offer a voucher for food and drink and a chance to have a chat if you want to.

We are here to make you feel welcome and to make sure you have the information you may need in times of trouble.  We have links with the British Red Cross in Derby, Nottingham and Leicester and the Leicester City of Sanctuary as well as with the Refugee Forum in Nottingham.

We normally operate about 12 hours a week between 09.30 and 12.30 on Mondays to Thursdays.  During cold weather we offer free hats, gloves and scarves and during the school holidays we offer toys and games for children.
